Turn well-scoped specifications into working, quality software, leaning on coding agents and our spec-driven methodology. Here code is an output that gets generated and verified: your time goes into specifying precisely, reviewing with judgment, and closing the gaps AI leaves open.

What you'll do

  • Generate and assemble code from defined feature specs and stories, using agents like Claude Code or Cursor inside our AI-SDLC pipeline.
  • Write and run tests and health checks as an inseparable part of the deliverable: nothing ships without verification.
  • Review AI output to catch subtle bugs, tech debt and security issues before they reach production.
  • Translate requirements into clear specifications when a story is ambiguous — asking and scoping instead of assuming.
  • Learn the methodology by applying it and grow with the support of senior profiles.

What we look for

  • Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, basic patterns, data structures, and the ability to read and understand other people's code.
  • A quality bar: you tell "it compiles" apart from "it's good", and shipping something you don't fully understand makes you uncomfortable.
  • Curiosity about working with AI: you've used (or want to master) coding assistants and get that the differential skill is specifying and reviewing, not just typing.
  • Honest communication: you escalate doubts in time and document what you do.
  • Fluent Spanish and technical English to read docs and collaborate on international projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience with automated testing or CI/CD, even from personal projects or training.
  • Open-source contributions or personal projects that show how you build.
  • Some cloud knowledge (any provider) and application architecture basics.

How we measure success

  • The quality of what you deliver: correct, tested, maintainable code — not lines produced.
  • How fast you internalize the spec-driven method and gain autonomy on scoped tasks.
  • Your ability to catch the failures AI misses.
