Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Be the technical support on the ground that helps turn a client's problem into a deployed, working AI solution. You build, integrate and learn the client's domain while a senior FDE sets the course.

What you'll do

  • Build components and integrations under a senior FDE's direction, connecting APIs and systems inside the client's environment.
  • Prototype fast to validate ideas and unblock conversations, even when requirements aren't clean.
  • Support deployments and go-lives on infrastructure that isn't yours and often surprises you.
  • Learn the client's domain — their language, their data and their constraints — so the solution truly fits.
  • Work with real (and messy) data, doing the unglamorous work that makes things actually run.

What we look for

  • The ability to build and integrate: you can code and connect pieces, and you enjoy seeing something work end to end.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and a bias to action: you don't freeze when requirements are missing — you propose, test and adjust.
  • Eagerness to be close to the client: understanding their problem motivates you and direct contact doesn't faze you.
  • Clear communication: you explain technical things in a way non-technical people understand.
  • Fluent Spanish and professional English to operate on international projects and clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with applied AI: LLMs, automations or integrations, even in personal projects.
  • Having worked in unstructured environments: startups, hackathons, client projects.
  • Product sensibility: you think about the end user, not just the task.

How we measure success

  • You're reliable: what you build works and holds up in the client's real environment.
  • You orient fast in new domains and reduce the load on the senior FDE you work with.
  • The client trusts you when you're in the room.
